About us
Koh Samui Country Club is a Beach Republic Group development. Headed by British real estate developer and investor Tim Dean-Smith, Beach Republic Group is a developer of hotels, residences and resorts.
The Group’s first project is Beach Republic located on Lamai Beach. Beach Republic is Koh Samu’s original premier ocean club. Beach Republic Group is backed by private investors from Europe, including other members of the Dean-Smith family.
The Dean-Smith family have been involved with real estate construction, development and investment since 1962.
